LIVEABLE CITIES ARE CREATIVE & COMPETITIVE CITIES
The ‘International Conference on World Class Sustainable Cities’ (WCSC) series has been conceived to provide a constructive platform to enlighten, educate and change the mindsets of city stakeholders, industry players, Government agencies and general public on the key challenges faced in the planning and development of a ‘World Class City’ due to rapid urbanisation and globalisation. WCSC is aimed at supporting and collaborating with Local Councils towards promoting and achieving a ‘World Class City’ status by the year 2020 as has been detailed out in the Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2020 and the Draft Kuala Lumpur City Plan 2020.
